HOW PEOPLE USE IT
Your kale. Your kind of day.
In water. Stir a sachet into cold water, or into milk if you prefer it softer. Stir again as it settles.
In a smoothie. Blend it into the banana or berry smoothie you already make.
Over food. Mix it into yoghurt or porridge, alongside a meal or between them, whichever suits your day.
Expect a leafy, earthy taste that reminds some people of green tea or matcha. It is kale, and it tastes like kale. Fruit, yoghurt or milk are the easiest places to start.
WHAT IS IN IT
One vegetable. This is what is in it.
