THE PRODUCT
What is KaLOHAS?
Organic kale powder made from a single ingredient: a traditional Danish heirloom kale variety. Nothing is blended in.
What is inside one box?
Twenty-five individually packed 2 g sachets. One sachet is one serving, so a box lasts 25 days.
How much fresh kale goes into one sachet?
About 24 g of fresh kale leaves go into each 2 g sachet. Freeze-drying takes out the water and leaves the rest of the leaf.
Is anything added?
No. The ingredient list has one line: organic kale powder (100%). No added sugar or salt, no fillers and no flavourings.
USING IT
How do I use it?
Stir a sachet into yoghurt, blend it into a smoothie, or shake it with water. For more ideas, see our recipes.
How should I store it?
In a cool, dry place. Do not refrigerate. The best-before date and lot number are printed on the box.
ORIGIN AND QUALITY
Where is it made?
The variety is a Danish heirloom, and Green Gourmet, the company behind KaLOHAS, is Danish. The kale is grown on EU-certified organic farms. Made in Germany.
Is it certified organic?
Yes. KaLOHAS is EU-certified organic, control body code DE-ÖKO-007.
How is it processed?
The leaves are hand-picked and frozen at −21°C within 10 hours of harvest, then freeze-dried without ever going above 42°C. They are then milled into a fine powder and packed into single-serve sachets.
Where can I see the nutritional values?
The product page lists the full analysis: 27 nutritional values, the twenty amino acids and six phytochemicals. Laboratory certificates are available on request.

When can I order?
Our first boxes arrive in Singapore on 15 October. Ordering opens on the product page when they land.
Where do you deliver, and what does it cost?
Anywhere in Singapore, free of charge. Delivery times are in our shipping policy.
Can I return it?
Yes, for orders delivered in Singapore: unopened boxes can be returned free within 30 days of delivery. Opened boxes can't be returned, so try the three trial sachets that come with your first order before you open one. Orders delivered outside Singapore can't be returned for a change of mind.
