Shipping policy

Singapore

Free delivery on every order, with no minimum. The price shown on the product page is the price you pay — no handling fees, no surcharges, nothing added at checkout.

Orders placed before 2pm on a business day are dispatched the same day; later orders and orders placed at the weekend or on a public holiday go out the next business day. Delivery is by uParcel and usually takes 1–3 business days from dispatch. You will receive tracking by email when your parcel leaves us.

These are estimates, not guarantees. Public holidays, weather and courier backlogs can add a day or two. If your parcel has not arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, email info@kalohas.sg and we will chase it or resend.

Malaysia, Thailand and Indonesia

We ship to these three countries for personal use, in household quantities.

• Shipping is charged at cost and is calculated at checkout before you pay, based on destination and order size.
• Delivery usually takes 3–10 business days, depending on customs.
• You are the importer. Import duty, sales tax, VAT and any customs charges in your country are payable by you, not included in the price we show, and collected by the carrier or the authorities on delivery.
• Customs authorities can inspect, delay or refuse any food parcel. We cannot control that and cannot guarantee clearance. If a parcel is refused entry or seized, contact us — we will look at it case by case, but we cannot promise a refund where goods were lawfully seized.
• The label on the box is in English. Local-language labelling requirements apply to goods imported for sale; these parcels are sold for personal consumption only and may not be resold.

If you are buying for a shop, a clinic or any kind of resale, do not order here — email info@kalohas.sg and we will talk about proper distribution instead.

Addresses and failed deliveries

Please check your delivery address before you order — we dispatch quickly and cannot always intercept a parcel afterwards. If a delivery fails because the address was wrong or incomplete, we resend once at our cost within Singapore. Beyond that, and for overseas orders, we may ask you to cover redelivery.

Risk and title

Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery to the address you gave us. Title passes when we have received payment in full.

When it arrives

Store KaLOHAS in a cool, dry place, out of direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate. Each sachet is sealed individually — open one at a time.
