Terms of service

These terms apply when you buy from this website. They are between you and GREEN GOURMET (APAC) SG PTE. LTD. (UEN 202635652Z), registered at 111 Somerset Road, #06-01G, 111 Somerset, Singapore 238164. In these terms, “we” and “us” mean that company.

1. Your order

Placing an order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation, not when you receive the order confirmation email. If we cannot fulfil an order — because an item is out of stock, because the destination is outside the countries we ship to, or because we suspect the order is not genuine — we will tell you and refund you in full.

You must be 18 or older to place an order.

2. Prices and payment

All prices are in Singapore dollars and are the total payable for the goods. Delivery within Singapore is free. For deliveries outside Singapore, shipping is shown at checkout before payment, and import duty and local taxes are payable by you on arrival.

Green Gourmet (APAC) SG Pte. Ltd. is not registered for GST, so no GST is charged on your order.

We take reasonable care with prices, but if an obvious pricing error appears on the site we are not obliged to sell at the wrong price. We will contact you, and you may confirm at the corrected price or cancel for a full refund.

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment provider.

3. The product

KaLOHAS Organic Kale Powder is a food, not a medicine. It is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease, and nothing on this site should be read as medical advice.

Ingredients and nutritional information are on the product page and on the box. The powder is 100% organic kale, with no other ingredient. Kale is naturally high in vitamin K. If you take anticoagulant (blood-thinning) medication, speak to your doctor before making kale a daily habit — this is a caution about interaction, not a claim about the product.

If you have a food allergy, read the label on the box before use, and contact us at info@kalohas.sg if anything is unclear.

4. Reviews and user content

Reviews you submit may be published on the site. Please write about your own experience. We will not publish reviews that are defamatory, that contain someone else’s personal information, or that make medical claims we are not permitted to publish — Singapore law treats reviews on our own product page as our advertising. We do not edit the substance of a review; where we cannot publish one, we will tell you why. By submitting a review you allow us to display it on this site.

5. Intellectual property

The content of this site — text, photographs, and the KaLOHAS name and logo — belongs to Green Gourmet A/S or to us, and may not be copied or reused without permission.

KaLOHAS™ is a trade mark of Green Gourmet A/S, registered in the European Union and China.

6. Our responsibility to you

We are responsible for loss you suffer that is a foreseeable result of us breaking these terms or failing to use reasonable care. We are not responsible for loss that was not foreseeable, or for business losses.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for defective products under the law, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited. Your rights under the Consumer Protection (Fair Trading) Act and the Sale of Goods Act are not affected by these terms.

7. Events outside our control

We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control, including customs inspection and clearance delays on overseas orders. If such an event delays your order materially, you may cancel it and we will refund you in full.

8. Changes

We may change these terms. The version that applies to your order is the one published when you placed it.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore, and the courts of Singapore have exclusive jurisdiction.
